Membership / Renewal / Cancellation Help

Last revised: 15 September 2026

Browsing and membership

Anyone can browse Hagglefor freely.

To take part in Marketplace trading, you’ll need the appropriate membership. The current monthly or annual price, term and renewal details are always shown before you join.

Some special offers may have different prices or benefits, and packages that include Hagglefor Marketplace participation are available only to people aged 18 or over.

Seller access is approved separately from membership.

Automatic renewal

Membership renews automatically unless you choose Cancel automatic renewal.

Cancelling automatic renewal stops the next renewal payment but does not take away the membership time you have already paid for. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

If your membership includes a protected renewal price, that protection remains governed by the terms you agreed when you joined.

Changed your mind?

If you have recently cancelled automatic renewal and the current Agreement is still eligible, you may be able to restore it through your account.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, your membership may remain active for a short grace period while the payment issue is resolved.

If a payment has been duplicated, taken incorrectly or otherwise needs correcting, contact Hagglefor.

14-day change of mind

When you enter a new Membership Agreement, you have 14 days to change your mind and may cancel and request a refund.

This is separate from cancelling automatic renewal, which simply prevents the next renewal payment while your current paid membership continues.

If your membership ends

If a Membership Agreement ends and you later decide to join again, you’ll enter a new Agreement under whatever membership offer is available at that time.
