Membership and access

Hagglefor membership is supplied by Merryton LLC.

Anyone can browse Hagglefor freely. Membership gives access to the Marketplace participation and other member features included in the offer you choose.

Packages that include Hagglefor Marketplace participation are available only to people aged 18 or over.

Seller access is separate from ordinary membership and is approved independently.

Price and term

Before you join, Hagglefor shows the exact price, billing period, renewal terms and any price protection that applies to your offer.

You may choose a standard public offer or, where available to you, a special direct offer. The offer you accept becomes part of your Membership Agreement.

Your Agreement keeps the price and other commercial terms that applied when you joined. Hagglefor does not silently replace them with a later offer.

Automatic renewal

Membership normally renews automatically unless you choose Cancel automatic renewal.

Cancelling automatic renewal stops the next renewal payment but does not end the membership period you have already paid for. Your access continues until the end of that paid period.

If your Agreement includes a protected renewal price, that protection continues according to the terms you accepted when you joined.

Changed your mind about cancelling?

If you have recently cancelled automatic renewal and your current Agreement is still eligible, you may be able to restore automatic renewal through your account.

If the Agreement has already ended, joining again creates a new Membership Agreement under whatever offer is available at that time.

If a payment fails

If an automatic renewal payment fails, Hagglefor may allow a short grace period while the payment issue is resolved.

If the payment is not successfully resolved, membership access may end according to the normal membership lifecycle.

14-day change of mind

When you enter a new Membership Agreement, you have 14 days to change your mind and may cancel and request a refund.

This right is separate from cancelling automatic renewal.

If you have asked to start using the membership during that period, any refund may take account of service already supplied where the Agreement and applicable law allow.

Refunds and payment corrections

If a payment is duplicated, taken incorrectly or otherwise needs correcting, Hagglefor may issue an appropriate refund or correction.

A refund or payment correction does not silently rewrite your Membership Agreement. Any resulting change to membership access is handled through the normal membership lifecycle.

Using your membership

Membership is personal to your account. Keep your account secure and use Hagglefor lawfully and in good faith.

Serious or repeated misuse may result in restrictions on membership or account access where appropriate.

These terms

Using a paid membership means accepting the version of these Membership Terms that applies to your Agreement.

These terms use Wyoming and applicable United States law as their contractual starting point, while preserving any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
