Merryton Account Terms

Last revised: 4 November 2026

Your shared Merryton account

Merryton LLC operates the shared Merryton account. One account can be used across the Merryton network. You may join through Circuni, Struck & Found or another supported network website. These Account Terms govern your shared account; the originating website retains its own identity.

Your information and security

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Keep your password and any Account Recovery Key actually issued to you secure.

Password reset uses your registered email address. If you have lost access to that email, recovery uses the supported Recovery Key process where available. Support cannot bypass security or guarantee recovery if you lose both your registered email access and your Recovery Key. A permanently privacy-closed account cannot be recovered.

Using the account

Use your account lawfully and follow the rules of the services you choose to use. Misuse can justify restrictions on the affected service. Serious or repeated misuse can justify suspension or closure of the shared network account.

Membership expiry alone does not make an account dormant. Genuinely inactive accounts may eventually be closed, with reasonable warning. These terms set no numerical dormancy threshold.

On closure, unnecessary personal information is deleted or de-identified. Information with an independent reason to remain, such as necessary commercial or security evidence, licensed non-personal content or anonymous archive evidence, follows its existing authority.

Websites, Marketplace and membership

Ordinary website use is subject to the linked website terms. Creating an account does not itself grant paid Marketplace participation or seller privileges. Marketplace participation is governed by the applicable Marketplace Terms. Hagglefor Marketplace participation and packages including it are available only to people aged 18 or over. Seller access is approved separately.

Paid membership is governed by the Membership Terms and the specific offer accepted at checkout. Customer Information / Cancellation & Refunds explains relevant cancellation and refund information. These Account Terms do not replace an existing Membership Agreement.

Registration alone grants no licence to contributed content. Applicable contribution permissions are presented before a contribution. Contributors retain ownership; the applicable Contribution Terms explain permission for network listings, reference pages, archives, editorial use and promotion.

Privacy information

The Merryton Account Privacy Information and the relevant website and service Privacy Notices explain personal-information handling. Registration accepts these Account Terms; Privacy information is provided for you to read and is not contractual acceptance or consent to new processing.

Changes and existing agreements

Materially changed Account Terms are notified to account holders and require affirmative acceptance before actions governed by those changes. Editorial changes with unchanged meaning do not require fresh acceptance. Existing acceptance history remains unchanged. Later terms do not rewrite completed sales, existing Membership Agreements or other historical facts.

Governing law

These Account Terms use Wyoming and applicable United States law, preserving mandatory consumer rights and other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
