Contributions to Merryton services

These terms apply to Marketplace uploads and direct specialist-site contributions. Registration alone grants no content licence. The applicable terms are presented before you contribute.

You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions and other material that belongs to you. You must own or have the rights needed to provide and license the material you contribute.

By contributing that material, you grant Merryton LLC non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, publish and use it for network listings, reference pages, archives, editorial use and promotion of Merryton services. This permission includes cropping, resizing and adaptation for those purposes.

This permission continues after the listing, membership or account closes. Existing rights and acceptance history remain unchanged; these terms do not invent retrospective acceptance or replace the permissions attached to an earlier contribution.
